Containerized Workshops

Among the various shelter solutions offered by New House are containerized workshops capable of adapting, according to the specific directions and needs of the customer, to a wide variety of uses such as, machine shops, lathes, sawmills and operating laboratories.

All prefabricated units are built with certified materials, reinforced profiles and UNP/IPE type metal beams with thick metal sheets.

Various types of paint and finishing are available depending on the uses and environments. Internally, metal cabinets are normally lined with insulating panels of different thicknesses, depending on the degree of insulation capacity desired, or with fire-resistant panels.

Flooring, made of phenolic plywood or wood cement depending on the end use, is finished in homogeneous PVC or porcelain stoneware.
If necessary, it is possible to set up the cabin with floating floors with gaps where the various wiring can be passed through.

Window and door frames can include large steel loading doors or aluminum frames, including thermal break frames, equipped with accessories such as shutters, double glazing, mosquito nets, panic bars, etc.

Cabinets in fire resistance class REI have windows and doors also of equivalent class.

Analysis Cabins for Petrochemical

For use in the aggressive atmosphere to which metal enclosures containing analysis equipment for the petrochemical industry are normally destined, the design calls for the use of INOX steel sheets in walls, roofing, and for the covering of supporting structures.

I materials used in the making of these prefabricated units can vary significantly according to specific customer requirements based on various parameters such as intended use, operating climate zone, theaggressiveness of the atmosphere, the fire resistance classification, the classification for theplant engineering of units in relation to the presence or absence of explosive atmosphere.

Solutions devised may also include the installation of fire-resistant components, thermal and acoustic insulation or components designed to create Atex(explosion-proof) controlled environments, specialized fittings and equipment such as HVAC systems, Fire and Gas systems and electrical systems.

It is possible to build container units with fire resistance class up to REI 120 according to Eurocodes and up to A60 according to FTP codes.

Technical Cabinets

New House manufactures a wide range of prefabricated metal cabs that can be used in a wide variety of applications. All prefabricated units are built with certified materials, reinforced profiles and IPE-type metal beams with thick metal sheets.

Various types of paint and finish are available depending on the uses and environments. Internally, metal cabinets are normally lined with insulating panels of different thicknesses, depending on the desired degree of insulating capacity, or with fire-resistant panels of type A60 and up to EI/REI120.

For floors, phenolic plywood axles of various thicknesses are used, depending on the end use for which the unit is intended. The walking surface is normally made of homogeneous PVC.

It is also possible to equip the cabinet with a floating type floor with a functional cavity for the passage of wiring from outside.

Window and door frames can include large steel loading doors or aluminum frames, including thermal break frames, equipped with accessories such as shutters, double glazing, mosquito nets, panic bars, etc.

Metal cabinets in fire resistance classes REI and A60 have window frames that are also of equivalent class.

Mobile Clinics

Among the various purposes of New House’s technical products, of primary importance are mobile medical garrisons: insulated container units suitable for holding machinery and instrumentation needed for different medical specialty areas.

These prefabricated units have proven to be highly functional tools for providing medical care to populations living in remote areas, providing itinerant medical services, and organizing targeted interventions in certainemergency situations.

Thus, the preparation of the mobile traveling clinic is the result of precise integration of medical equipment inside the containers and the docking of the unit on trucks.

All this is expertly carried out by New House’s experienced team of technicians and operators.

Instrument Panel Rooms and Containerized Electrical Substations.

In the oil and petrochemical sector, as well as in thepower management sector, switchgear rooms, control centers, rooms for housing MCC switchgear, and transformer rooms with attached battery rooms can be designed and developed.

The fabrication of these technical prefabs, even large ones, is done through a thorough layout study aimed at providing the most suitable solution to accommodate process switchboards.
The facilities can accommodate Low and Medium Voltage electrical panels, control panels, inverters, UPS, batteries, functionally assisted by air conditioning and pressurization systems, fire detection, electrical systems, lights and service outlets and other devices also obtainable in ATEX (explosion-proof) execution.

Our units for electrical substations will be developed in accordance with the technical and positioning needs of the facilities provided by the customer.

Dimensions can reach 18 meters in length, 4.5 m in width and 4.0 m in height.
With matched units, larger sizes can be achieved. All prefabricated units can be insulated with panels of different insulation grades as well as with various degrees of fire resistance.

Also on request are lighting and emergency systems, flame detection and extinguishing systems, explosion-proof systems for battery rooms, and active air conditioning systems, among others.

Floating flooring can be PVC-coated wood or almond aluminum. The dimensions of the cabin doors are designed for the stages of insertion of quadristics and related maintenance.

Environmental Telecommunications Cabins

For the telecommunications sector, New House has developed mobile and fixed prefabricated modules to contain all the tools for operational management.

In the military, modules for command and control radio rooms, with attached units for logistics use, have been built. Our prefabricated modules, made from sheets and panels of carbon steel, AISI 304-316 stainless steel, aluminum, or various other metal alloys to obtain fully welded monolithic structures, can be finished with appropriate paint finishes to promote integration with the surrounding environment.

All the cabins and the shelters can be made of load-bearing structures with or without floating floor and double bottom and with insulations for EI 60 class and EI 120 and window frames of various strength grades and can be equipped with feet for the lifting and moving type manual or oleodynamic as well as systems of leveling and stationing, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, and MUST systems for raising telescopic antennas complete with sealing stays.

Prefabricated telecommunication modules can also be made with radio frequency abatement systems up to 60 dB.

Oil & Gas

Prominent among the various shelter units offered by New House are products specifically for the oil & gas sector, including-for example-accommodation containers, analysis cabins, shelters for switchgear and battery rooms, and large electrical substations.

New House has successfully worked for leading companies in various industries, both international and domestic, always achieving high standards. The materials used in the construction of the special units are certified to provide customers with high-quality products.

Solutions devised may include the installation of fire-resistant components, thermal and acoustic insulation or components designed to create Atex(explosion-proof) controlled environments, specialized fittings and equipment such as HVAC systems, Fire and Gas systems and electrical systems.

It is also possible to build container units with fire resistance class up to REI 120 according to Eurocodes and A60 according to FTP codes.

New House has continuous production lines within large factories so that large quantities of units can be produced and stored in a short time frame, also facilitating the placement of the equipment inside containers.

Off-Shore Accommodations

Specific off-shore cabins are available in the New House range for use in the oil and petrochemical industry to obtain rooms for accommodation and refreshment for technical staff.
These prefabricated units are built to meet the needs of staff housing, but they can also be used for mess rooms, kitchen, dining, laundry, offices and more.
Conventional equipment for these units also includes toilets.

Offshore prefabricated housing units and housing modules are built to be stackable at multiple levels in order to be able to optimize space, and are usually made with container structures and equipped with thermal and acoustic insulation.

Accommodation units and off-shore containers are normally made with fire reaction characteristics A2-s1,d0 or in fire resistance classes up to EI120.
It is also possible to obtain class A60 wall certification.

All units have adequate flooring to facilitate maintenance of the underlying equipment, with emergency lighting systems, flame detection and extinguishing systems, explosion-proof systems, active air conditioning with signaling systems, and all systems to make each unit meet the needs of the customer and users.
