The Series 2000 prefab is the intermediate model in the New House range. Made in various sizes and heights, it is marked by great versatility that makes it suitable for construction site needs as well as civil and industrial uses. With an attractive starting price, specific customizations can be developed to achieve a wide range of solutions that also include the possibility of overlapping on two levels.

STRUCTURE

The structure of the prefab is constructed of galvanized steel profiles with vertical uprights attached by screws to the relevant roof and basement attachments.

The transverse floor and roof entanglements are made of tubulars welded to the longitudinal profiles.

Standard painting in RAL 9002 color with single-component paint is replaceable with other coloring at customer’s request.

WALLS

The outer and inner perimeter curtain walls consist of sandwich panels with varying thicknesses from 50 mm internally foamed with self-extinguishing polyurethane foam.

The exterior and interior walls are made of galvanized and prepainted microgreased sheets of various thicknesses.

The color of the panels is in RAL 9002 (white/grey) with the possibility of varying coloring at the customer’s request.

ROOFING

The roof is made of insulated panels with high water penetration tightness with thickness 50 mm and Greek height 40 mm.

The panels are properly sealed with gaskets and mastic to further ensure rainwater tightness.

The color of the panels is RAL 9002 (white/grey), which can be replaced by another color upon customer request.

FLOOR BASEMENT

The base structureis made of galvanized steel metal profiles with galvanized coating in the welded areas. The flooring is made of water-repellent chipboard or, on request, with phenolic plywood and covered with vinyl.

In the case of multiple banks of toilets, the panels are always made of water-repellent plywood coated with homogeneous PVC.
Other solutions such as ceramic flooring are available on request, for quick cleaning even with pressure water jets, 40×60 mm longitudinal members give additional support without the need for beads or masonry work.

All bases can be integrated with fork pockets for fork lift upon request.

WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMES

The window frames are made of extruded aluminum/PVC profiles, color white RAL 9010.

The windows have sliding opening, 4 mm tempered glass with anti-intrusion bars, water and dust tightness with rubber gaskets.

Exterior doors are blind or semi-glazed and assembly with “frame/counterframe” system, positioning on request.

Various accessories are available upon request, such as opaque glass, double glazing, anti-burglar glass, blinds, shutters, mosquito nets, and panic bars.

WIRING

Theelectrical system will be executed with a 220 V – 50 Hz outdoor general connection board with 3.10 Kw power and supplied with certificate of electrical conformity to CEI standards in compliance with current safety regulations.

Installation will be exposed, with self-extinguishing PVC pipes and flame- and smoke-resistant cables, roof-mounted with unhooked down conductors, to be fixed in place.

Interior lighting with 60 W incandescent ceiling light, 10/16A sockets, ground wire, 10/A switch.

Other types of equipment and standards can be provided upon request.

SANITARY-PLUMBING SYSTEM

Thewater system will be made with exposed internal propylene piping with heat-sealed joints and PVC.

Available endowments:
– Ceramic and ABS sinks and washbasins with mixer for C/F water
– ceramic toilets complete with accessories
– ceramic or ABS showers complete with curtain
accessories and mixer
– electric water heaters.

All external connections are excluded (from adduction to sewer discharge).

Additional equipment available upon request.
