In early 2013, New House was awarded a public tender for prefabricated offices arranged on two floors. The prefabricated compound that was the subject of the tender was to be located in a well-known interagency operational area in northern Italy.
The request emphasized by the technical structure of the department concerned, included very specific characteristics, referred to in a detailed specification. The metal prefabs suggested by New House were those of the M1 Series given their robustness and high degree of durability. In fact, the modular prefabs of the M1 Series constitute the “top of the range” category, abundantly accessorized, which was subject to further customization in accordance with the client’s requests.
The insulated prefabs had walls containing polyurethane foam, with military green coloring and dark brown aluminum window frames. The types of offices included various square footage from 15 to 30 m², used either as individual rooms or meeting rooms.
The prefabricated office compound was also equipped with battery services, plumbing and electrical systems. The result was excellent due to the functionality of the rooms and the speed of installation.
