All units in the 1000 Series e M1 can be supplied in flat-pack solution. Each module is packed with all structural and plant
parts and components necessary for assembly, taking advantage of parts of the structure as elements of the packaging.

The strength of the modules in flat-pack solution, is to enable a reduction of transport volumes by as much as 80%.
In fact, up to 8 packaged M1 modules(2 packs of 4 units each) and up to 10 packaged Series 1000 modules(2 packs of 5 units each) can be transported in a trailer truck.
For transport by truck, the unitsare lockedtogether with a “star-block” system to prevent lateral sliding in long-distance transports.
In the M1 Series, ISO-drilled corner blocks allow immediate attachment to the truck thanks to the “twist lock” system.
Once at its destination, the flat-pack module can be assembled in a very short timethanks to the use of simple manual equipment and lifting means, even by even by non-specialized personnel.
The ease of the operations necessary for assembly, carried out following the assembly instructions provided, makes it possible to obtain a module having technical and performance characteristics identical to the modules supplied assembled.
