In 2015, a large Italian oil company commissioned us to design and build a series of special cabins for petrochemical analysis destined for plants in Sardinia.
The structures were in two different conformations, depending on the type of equipment they were to contain: one 5.50 by 2.50 meters and the other 2 meters by 1.5 meters.
Given the particular field of intended use, both modalities included an all-stainless steel structure with insulation in self-built panels made of AISI 316 stainless steel sheet and injected polyurethane, and a floor made of embossed steel sheet finished with acid-resistant paint.
Each cabin cruiser internally provided a complete electrical system and an access hatch, also made of stainless steel, with a panic bar and porthole.
