M1 series: module sketch

Thanks to the experience, the great adaptability and the robustness of the modules destined for the military branches, New House has brought the same technology in the civilian sector with prefabricated mono-blocks of great versatility that allow to obtain highly qualified and performing constructions.

KEY STRENGTHS.

Robustness, ease of assembly, variability of configuration and versatility of use distinguish the M1 module, which, thanks to its ISO dimensions and cast-steel corner blocks, can be set up in any way up to three stacked floors.
It is possible to transport the units assembled or disassembled, packed and stacked in packs of 4 or 5 units – flat-pack system – to cut down on transportation costs but ensuring ease of assembly.

DIMENSIONS

Lengths: 2.99 – 6.05 – 9.12 – 12.19 m
Widths: 2.44 – 2.94 m
Interior heights: 2.30 – 2.50 – 2.70 – 3.00 m
Exterior heights: 2.62 – 2.82 – 3.02 – 3.28 m
Other sizes available upon request.

STRUCTURE

The prefabricated structure is made of galvanized steel profiles with a thickness of min. 2.5 mm, with the possibility to reach thicknesses up to 4.0 mm.

The vertical uprights are fixed by bolting to the relevant roof and base corner blocks made of steel and equipped with ISO drilling.

The transversal floor and covering bracing is made of tubular rods welded to the longitudinal profiles.

The standard painting in RAL 9002 color with single-component paint can be replaced with other colors upon request.

WALLS

Exterior and interior perimeter curtain walls are made of sandwich panels with variable thickness starting from 50 mm internally foamed with self-extinguishing polyurethane foam with galvanized and pre-painted micro-fretted sheets of various thicknesses available either smooth or embossed.

The junction of the panels is of a male-female dustproof type. The outer walls have a minimum thickness of 50 mm.
The color of the wall panels, inner and outer side, is RAL 9002 (white/grey) with the possibility of varying coloring at the customer’s request.

The wall panelscan be dismantled by the customer and be repositioned at will to create configurations differing from the initial one.

ROOFING

Roof structure made of galvanized steel profiles, minimum thickness 2.5 mm, connected to steel corner blocks.

The roof is made of insulated panels with high water penetration tightness with thickness 50 mm and Greek height 40 mm.

The panels are properly sealed with gaskets and mastic to further ensure rainwater tightness.

The color of the panels is RAL 9002 (white/grey), replaceable with color of the customer’s choice.

FLOOR BASEMENT

The floor structure is made of galvanized steel profiles, min. thickness 2.5 mm, welded to the steel corner blocks with ISO holes.

In the welded areas, galvanizing is resurfaced.
The flooring consists of 18 mm thick water-repellent marine multilayer wood slabs, while the walking surface consists of 1.5 mm thick PVC mats, light gray or similar color.

If battery services are present, axles can be chosen from water-resistant wood cement. Additional materials and customizable solutions are available upon request. Also upon request, floor insulation with polyurethane or mineral wool sandwich panels is possible.

WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMES

Made of extruded aluminum/PVC profiles, color white RAL 9010. Windows have sliding opening, positioned as required, 3+3 mm glass, PVC shutters, water and dust tightness with rubber seals.

Blind or semi-glazed exterior doors with “frame/counterframe” installation system, positioning upon request; various accessories are available upon request, such as opaque glass, double-glazing, anti-burglar glass, Venetian blinds, mosquito nets, anti-panic handles, etc.

The frames, together with the wall panels, can be disassembled by the customer and be repositioned at will to result in configurations different from the initial one.

WIRING

Theelectrical system will be carried out with a 220 V – 50 Hz outdoor general connection board and supplied with a certificate of electrical conformity to CEI standards in compliance with current safety regulations.

Installation will be exposed, with self-extinguishing PVC pipes and flame- and smoke-resistant cables, roof-mounted with unhooked down conductors, to be fixed in place.

Interior lighting with 1×36 W neon ceiling lights, 10/16A sockets, 10/A circuit breaker, electrical panel with differential, ground wire.

Other types of equipment and standards can be provided upon request.

SANITARY-PLUMBING SYSTEM

The plumbing systemwill be built with exposed internal piping in propylene with thermo-welded joints and PVC.
