Several clients from the South of France presented us in 2011 with the concept of sales offices related tohousing-relatedreal estate business.
Large itinerant construction sites in fact use this type of office very frequently to follow the construction site as it develops and especially to sell the apartments.
The various offices were made from our M1 Series modules given the need to move modules frequently. The M1 module has great structural solidity and marked durability that comes from the first-rate materials used.
These modules, in their essential components, are combined or stacked as needed to create comfortable open spaces used by real estate operators.
Units are clad both internally and externally with fine finishes and sponsorships.
Interior finishes include parquet wood plank flooring, PVC tiles, suspended ceilings, air conditioning systems, painted plasterboard walls, and others.
The variety of finishes and configurations has allowed, over time, to provide a variety of customized units with important equipment always set on the concept of “continuous improvement” typical of our corporate philosophy.
