Several clients in the South of France introduced us in 2011 to the concept of sales offices linked toreal estate activity related toresidential construction. Large itinerant construction sites in fact use this type of office very frequently to follow the construction site in its development and especially to sell the apartments. The various offices were made with our M1 Series modules given the need to move the modules frequently.
Module M1 has great structural solidity and marked durability that comes from the first-rate materials used.
These modules, in their essential components, are combined or stacked as needed to create comfortable open spaces used by real estate operators. The units are clad both internally and externally with fine finishes and sponsorships.
Interior finishes include parquet wood plank flooring, PVC tiles, suspended ceilings, air conditioning systems, painted plasterboard walls, and others.
The variety of finishes and configurations has allowed, over time, to provide a variety of customized units with important equipment always set on the concept of “continuous improvement” typical of our corporate philosophy.
