In 2011, a well-known Italian construction company, established in the field of large-scale infrastructure construction, in order to meet needs related to the construction of major railway junctions, commissioned New House to build modular prefabricated housing for workers and technicians.
The reduced availability of areas for module placement required a solution that would optimize space. The result was easily achieved through the design and construction of four buildings each arranged on three floors, each consisting of modular prefabs. Insulated prefabricated modules measuring 10.00 x 2.50 meters each were used for the construction of the housing.
The accommodations were equipped with private bathrooms, electrical systems, outdoor access stairs, and furniture. The project resulted in an overall development of metal prefabricated units with an area of more than 4,000 m², making it a highly acceptable solution for the client due to the functionality of the rooms.
