In 2016, a foreign client commissioned the construction of a beach bar at a well-known French beach resort. The beach bar would be built at a renowned beach and would consist of bar/meal preparation room and a large patio for the placement of chairs and tables for customers. Given the need to have prefabs that could be disassembled at the end of the beach season and reassembled the following year, we provided the spaces for the food preparation room with Series 2000 modules while the patio structures were made with Series M1.
The bar modules were equipped with a custom electrical system, necessary for the connection of numerous appliances such as electric ovens, electric cookers, dishwashers, air conditioning, etc.
In addition, the same room provided for the provision of all the necessarywater system .
The room included a bathroom accessible from the outside with a washbasin, toilet and boiler. The modules had perimeter walls insulated with polyurethane foam (50 mm thick), roof panels insulated with 50+40 mm thick polyurethane foam, and aluminum window and door frames.
The planned flooring was made of marine plywood and non-slip PVC. Externally, the modules were clad in laminated fir wood as well as the entire patio floor was completed with wooden planks.
Patio structures were covered with cannicciato to create shaded areas for tables.
