WITH NEW HOUSE IS IMMEDIATELY SCHOOL
The most important investment, in all respects, is in the new generations and their education. And it is precisely from this principle that in New House we wanted to create and develop an entire line dedicated to prefabricated schools, both for sale and especially for rental. A solution – the latter – that is simple and flexible and particularly appreciated by local authorities, which thus do not have to bear other operating costs in addition to the monthly fee.
The importance of the time factor
In fact, education is one of the indispensable services for any community and in any condition, and for this reason it is essential to be able to quickly have facilities that can guarantee the normal course of teaching even in all those situations that lead to its potential interruption, such as during works for the structural renovation of buildings or in emergency situations. For this reason, thanks in part to our large warehouse, we are able to be able to provide a school, assembled and ready for classes, in a really quick time.
Modular and tailored
Prefabricated schools offered by New House are made on the principle of modular prefabrication. Individual basic components are then joined together horizontally or vertically on two levels to create complex structures that fully meet the functional and space requirements of their users.
Each school, therefore, can not only be different from the others but is “tailor-made,” adapting to the expected number of pupils-with all their needs-and the available space (a particularly pressing need within population centers).
Internally then, spaces can be subdivided as desired: in fact, it is always possible to move walls, widen or narrow classrooms, add corridors, canteens, and technical rooms. Toilets can also be set up as needed, both in number and furnishings (such as the possibility of installing smaller elements for kindergartens).
Security always at the top!
In order to fully comply with the regulations on the construction of school buildings, the perimeter walls of our school modules are made of mineral wool panels with thicknesses starting from 80 mm, so as to also ensure adequate fire resistance as well as optimal comfort in terms of acoustics as well. All structures also can be equipped with colored thermal insulation, so as to comply for the building envelope with the requirements under Law 10 on the Containment of Energy Consumption and have a modern and attractive appearance that blends well into the environment.
Comfort for every season
Also under the banner of comfort and safety are the other parts of the structure, such as the roof, ceiling, or floor, which are designed not only to withstand external stresses but also to ensure optimal insulation (and thus energy savings), allowing any type of activity to be carried out inside and in any season. In fact, all New House prefab schools are equipped with air conditioning systems with heat pump splits (class A and inverter technology) for ideal comfort in both winter and summer.
Not to be outdone are also the window and door frames, all of which are highly thermally sealed and meet the requirements of the various regional thermal laws, even the most restrictive ones.
