In 2011, aCaribbean company established in the construction and industrial maintenance sector contacted New House Spa for the engineering, development andinstallation of a work camp to house 320 people. The technical department of House Spa worked on the project by developing aturnkey design consisting of insulated prefabricated units of 6 different types of rooms, including dormitories, restrooms, recreation room, self-service canteen, laundry, guardhouse, meeting room and service room. The total developed area was 2,920 m².
All insulated prefabs have been equipped with equipment befitting the intended use, including self-service, ovens, fume hoods, stoves with cooking points, refrigerators, bar top, TV, pool table, industrial washing machines, press irons, etc.
All insulated prefabs were shipped in a “flat-pack” configuration in order to minimize sea and road transportation costs for the customer.The field installation took place to the customer’s great satisfaction in July, through the work and coordination of New House technical and sales personnel.
